Offering College of Business Oxford Travel Scholarships
Dean Niebuhr will be awarding ten travel scholarships of $1,000 each this year to ten College of Business students traveling to Oxford to study. The College of Business is partnering with Florida Tech's Oxford Study Abroad Program to offer this wonderful opportunity. This is part of the college's focus on international studies abroad both at the undergraduate and graduate levels.

Forum Spotlights Changing Technology Climate
The Spring 2008 Industry-Education Forum sponsored by the College of Business board of overseers will focus on "The Changing Business Climate in Brevard County: Update from the Technology Sector."

 

Ethics Conference Focus: Women in Business
Karen M. Garrison, former president and CEO of Pitney Bowes Business Services, and Wilma Goldstein, senior advisor on women's issues for entrepreneurial development at the U.S. Small Business Administration,will be the keynote speakers at the College of Business Center for Ethics and Leadership's 8th annual Business Ethics Conference on April 15, 2008. The topic of this year's conference is "Women in Business: Breaking the Glass Ceiling."

 

DMD Inducts 11 Students, 2 Business Leaders
Delta Mu Delta, the honorary business society, inducted 10 College of Business students and one College of Aeronautics student into its Epsilon Eta chapter during its 21st annual banquet on March 28, 2008, on the Florida Tech campus.
